Well, it’s not milk, but it is definitely just as good! Soak some soyabeans, grind them finely and then strain. The liquid extract that you get is called soyamilk. One cup of this unfortified soyamilk contains:
- almost 7 grams of protein
- 4 grams of carbohydrate
- 4½ grams of fat
- and no cholesterol
Quite a healthy cupful, must say!
